Atrium Village
Atrium Village offers unique senior living in the Baltimore, Maryland area. This transformation creates a next-generation experience, incorporating modern architecture and elegant design with welcoming hospitality, accentuating new amenities, activities, and services for 187 Independent, 58 Assisted, and 20 Memory Care residences. Renovations began with units and corridors, upgrading finishes and fixtures throughout, with artwork, signage, accent paint and flooring to differentiate both floor and acuity.
Once vast and underutilized, the main entry was subdivided into a lobby and adjacent lounge. Reception shares a custom-etched glass screen wall with a beverage station, creating a tranquil guest area with views through the double-sided, two-story fireplace to the Lounge beyond, accessed by wood and glass doors swinging 180° to maximize functionality. The Lobby transitions to a new Promenade, drawing residents and guests to central amenities as well as connecting to Assisted and Memory Care.

This project is a fusion of modern flexibility and classic elegance, inspired by grand Promenades of yesteryear. Rich walnut and timeless quartzite are interwoven throughout, with light creams, whites, and metallics allowing the natural materials and playful fabrics to pop.
The temperate California climate also encourages an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, inspiring our members to enjoy
outdoor dining and lounging next to the fireplace in our courtyard.

Reimagined to foster connection and community, separated spaces are relocated to central common areas. Wood and glass sliding doors create visual continuity and infinite flexibility between amenities for activity programming, with common areas of all acuities linked by a new grand Promenade.
Designed to offer each member an elevated and engaged life, including the Elegant Palmer Library and Lobby.

The 1st floor features IL Lobby, Lounge, Multipurpose, Bistro, Dining, & 2 patios; AL Activities, Dining, Bistro, & AL / MC Lobby; MC Dining, Activities, Lounges, & patio. Upper floors include a Fireside Lounge, Art Studio, Salon, Wellness Center, & Library. Each floor offers 2 lounges per acuity.
