Retirement Companies of America wanted to create an upscale Continuing Care Residential Community in the Memphis area to appeal to an active demographic. Set on 37 acres in Collierville, Tennessee, The Farms at Bailey Station provides all levels of senior living including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
