DINING RENOVATION

Clermont Park Retirement Community

Christian Living Communities (CLC) is a non-profit, Colorado-based senior living organization providing a full continuum of care and services inspiring purpose-filled living for older adults for more than 50 years. CLC is responsible for 13 communities in three states and provides home care and adult day services. Clermont Park is our founding community, first opening its doors in southeast Denver on May 7, 1972. The community underwent a major redevelopment from 2009-2013. The Marketplace is the “community hub,” providing dining and social options uniting all community neighborhoods. CLC, along with architect Lantz Boggio, interior designer Aneka Interiors, and general contractor Pinkard Construction, were charged with updating and repositing the dining space to better serve residents and team members with an improved connection between indoors and outdoors, increased natural ventilation, and improved safety and functionality features.
