Offering a full continuum of care — including independent living, assisted living and memory care — the project empowers residents to remain in one place as their needs evolve, eliminating the disruption of relocation and ensuring continuity of care.
Strategically located in one of Colorado’s fastest-growing areas, the development addresses a critical regional need by providing high-quality, supportive housing for older adults. Designed to promote a life-enriching lifestyle, the community features an impressive suite of amenities: main and private dining rooms, a café bistro, clubroom, activity room, salon, movie theater, library, game room, arts and crafts studio, and a wellness-focused fitness center. These spaces not only support health and engagement but also foster daily joy and meaningful social interaction.
The design of this community draws inspiration from Colorado’s natural beauty, embracing a modern mountain-style aesthetic that reflects the state’s iconic red rocks, vivid autumn foliage, and breathtaking sunsets. A warm terracotta color palette and natural textures create a seamless connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, offering residents a sense of tranquility, comfort, and seasonal harmony.
This community was intentionally designed to foster a deep sense of connection, inclusivity, and engagement for residents across all levels of care. The ground-level Memory Care neighborhood is thoughtfully integrated with the three residential floors above, promoting accessibility and interaction between residents. The first floor serves as the vibrant social hub of the community, featuring centrally located amenities such as dining venues, activity spaces, and wellness areas that support daily engagement and purposeful living. Common areas on each floor are strategically placed to encourage spontaneous connection, creating an environment where independence, social interaction, and overall well-being are seamlessly supported.
Designed to enrich daily living, this community features a wide range of amenities that promote social connection, wellness, and personal fulfillment. The IL & AL neighborhood includes a welcoming lobby, elegant dining spaces, a bistro, library, and mail room on the first floor; a salon, game room, and fitness center on the second; and a third-floor penthouse pub and multipurpose room with expansive views. The Memory Care neighborhood offers a calming and secure environment with its own salon, spa, art room, garden room, and outdoor courtyard—creating opportunities for creativity, relaxation, and safe, engaging experiences.
