Everleigh Deerfield represents a contemporary and nuanced interpretation of 55+ active adult living. This community supports connection, growth, and purposeful living for residents seeking a refined, maintenance free lifestyle.
The challenge was balancing high end, residential quality finishes and wellness-oriented amenities, with accessibility and intuitive wayfinding. Through biophilic motifs, layered lighting, and a warm, sophisticated palette, this project transformed traditional senior community programming into environments that uplift, empower, and engage residents. From material selection to amenity configuration, every design decision was guided by the goal to create spaces where active older adults can flourish, while feeling truly at home.
Everleigh Deerfield’s design direction is rooted in Forsyth county’s rich landscape and dynamic history. Mixed metals and industrial accents allude to the region’s rail history, which are softened by natural elements such as forest greens and natural wood tones. Refined geometry and rich accent colors bring a contemporary flare, culminating in an invigorating and welcoming experience.
The Great Room provides residents with an open venue for group dining and events. The Hospitality Bar is a space where people gather for daily continental breakfasts and happy hours.
Everleigh Deerfield offers a host of amenities, including a yoga studio, an art room where residents can unleash their creative spirit and join curated community art classes, a fitness center. There is also an outdoor lounge and pool. Residents can also treat themselves to great entertainment and attend community movie nights.
