EverTrue Mason Pointe exemplifies excellence in Memory Support design by seamlessly blending innovation, comfort, and community. At its core, this project is a strategic repositioning of existing resident units into a thoughtful mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom living spaces to meet the growing need for Memory Support. These updated layouts reflect the evolving needs and preferences of today’s older adults – offering privacy, flexibility and a sense of home tailored to the individual.
Beyond the private residences, the community is anchored by a rich variety of common and shared spaces that foster interaction, engagement and joy. Residents can gather with friends and family in welcoming lounges, enjoy meals in vibrant dining areas, or participate in activities in dedicated rooms for art, puzzles, fitness and entertainment. Outdoor courtyards and walking paths provide opportunities for relaxation, movement, and connection to nature, while digital announcement boards keep everyone informed and connected. EverTrue Mason Pointe has reimagined Assisted Living Memory Support living by creating a dynamic, supportive community where residents can live with purpose, comfort and connection.

Before, the Activity Room was a space dedicated to residents’ hobbies and activities. After, it becomes a space to explore Life According to You! Whether a resident is an artist, a scientist, or something they haven’t discovered yet, this is the place to try it.
The temperate California climate also encourages an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, inspiring our members to enjoy
outdoor dining and lounging next to the fireplace in our courtyard.
Dining Before | After
Before, the Dining Room was dedicated to ensuring that residents enjoyed their meals, meeting all of their dietary and culinary needs. After, the room becomes an experience. As important as nourishment, we know that dining is also about the ambiance. Here, residents are treated to excellent food and service.
Designed to offer each member an elevated and engaged life, including the Elegant Palmer Library and Lobby.
Residence Before | After
With a variety of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, residents could make their space their own. After the renovation and repositioning, resident bedrooms blend upscale, residential-style finishes with biophilic elements – such as natural light, greenery, and organic materials – to create a calming and elegant environment.
