In early 2021, Example Nominee completed construction on Example Nominee, a 188-unit, 165,398-square-foot luxury age-restricted active adult community. Example Nominee is located near more than $5-billion worth of commercial and retail developments in Hometown. With Hometown being one of the most burgeoning cities in the nation, Example Nominee meets the need for luxury housing for adults who are still seeking independence and activity. Designed by Example Architects and Example Creative, the community offers freestanding independent living cottages, in addition to a residential building with plentiful amenities.

Example Nominee is located at 123 Senior Living Drive on an 18-acre spacious site, providing an open environment for residents.
