Nestled in a quiet and established neighborhood in the heart of Fresno, California, the Fresno Guest Homes brand began serving the older adult population of Fresno in Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly with a vision of fostering a “family” atmosphere. Initially starting with six homes, the company has expanded to over twenty licensed and operational communities, each housing no more than six residents, all within the same original neighborhood. This close-knit network of micro-communities ensures that residents can age in place within a family-like and residential environment.
Each Fresno Guest Homes community starts as a regular single-family home within the original neighborhood of those first six homes. The latest addition, located at 6659 N. Chance Avenue, exemplifies the company’s commitment to thoughtful renovations within a small footprint.
