All these spaces serve as natural gathering spots, promoting social engagement and making it easy for residents to form connections. The community’s layout and amenities are carefully designed to support aging in place, ensuring that residents can maintain their independence while having access to everything they need.

The building’s final design was based on blending sustainability and a sense of community. This three-story, fully electric building includes 81 one-bedroom apartments and is equipped with rooftop photovoltaic solar panels, which contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Senior residents benefit as the design is centered on creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Contemporary finishes and bright, modern interiors give the space a fresh, inviting feel that contrasts with traditional senior living aesthetics.
