RENOVATION / REPOSITIONING

Nominee Renovations Example

The design of the Nominee Renovations Example entails the repositioning of a 1960s, 14-story residential tower into a thriving residential community for seniors. By placing wellness at the forefront, the new community is envisioned as a context-aware, contemporary building with a mid-century modern legacy (Example Architect was the original architect), and as a true care-based community tendering to the changing needs and lifestyles of the residents. Located in the heart of Hometown, a neighborhood of USA, and a block away from the USA campus, the project is well-positioned to be part of a diverse and multi-generational community in a walkable, urban setting.
