Ovation Sienna
For a company that made its name in skilled nursing, Avamere sought to supplement that expertise with a new wave of luxury, resort-styled “micro CCRCs” branded as Ovation by Avamere. As the first of these communities, Ovation Sienna Hills is setting the standard for sophisticated living that offers a wide array of activities and services.
Designed as a campus with complementary buildings, a grand boulevard separates the 150-unit Independent Living building from the 90-unit Assisted Living/60-unit Memory Care building. The buildings were designed in a contemporary desert resort style with use of stone, stucco, and wood timbering in reference to the area.
Ovation is the senior housing component of the new Sienna Hills development that includes other housing options, shopping, and entertainment. The Independent and Assisted buildings along with the adjacent cottages encourage cross-interaction with the pool and dining, roof decks, and ball courts.
Amenities are geared to maximize activity and social engagement, with indoor/outdoor connections including theater; fine, casual, and to-go dining venues; salon/spa; pool and fitness; business center; game room; and tea room. Outside are courtyards with water and fi re features, and wine bar decks.
