Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes
Established in 2000, Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes (formerly Renaissance Luxury Living) provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care for residents in the Phoenix Metro area’s East Valley. The focus of Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes is to foster a phenomenal culture, a welcoming community, and create unforgettable experiences to enrich the lives of our team members and residents.
Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes was originally a for-sale condominium community with more than 300 suites catering to those seeking low-maintenance living. The lifestyle featured resort-style amenities including elegant dining rooms, an ice cream parlor, beauty/barber shop, library, swimming pool and spa, and more along with convenient services such as housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, restaurant-style dining and more all catered to the seniors. To align with changing market demands, the community later transitioned its residential suites to rental apartments for independent living and later added assisted living services as well.
In mid-2016, Robson Reserve at Sun Lakes expanded its campus with an additional building specifically designed for assisted living residents and to add memory care residential options. The new building now includes all assisted living residents with 105 suites and 28 memory care suites. In addition, the new building also features luxury amenities including a dining room with patio, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, game rooms, and more.
With a strong desire to enhance the overall lifestyle and to strengthen resident connections, social engagement, and a true sense of belonging, the dining area in the original building received a multi-million dollar transformation in 2023.

The dining area transformation aimed to reinvigorate the space as the central hub for social togetherness, culinary indulgence, and shared memories with an innovative design.
The lobby to the dining area, is often where residents gather before and after meals to connect, make plans and relax. This area was remodeled with a modern design featuring vaulted ceilings, a breathtaking chandelier, classic wood tones, and calming shades of green and blue. A cutting-edge video wall completes the lobby transformation by displaying various presentations and special events providing residents with an immersive experience that inspires, educates, and entertains.
Inside the dining room, residents are drawn to the natural light and connection to the outdoors through the expansive window wall. The dining room has been enhanced with light furnishings including quartz tables and elegantly patterned chairs to create a bright and airy elegance.
Seamlessly connected to the dining room is a bistro and bar. The ambiance of the dining room continues into the bistro and adds a hearth oven and cooking demo space, which engages residents with interactive culinary experiences. The bar exudes sophisticated hospitality and approachable comfort with saturated blue tone chairs and bold artwork.
The temperate California climate also encourages an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, inspiring our members to enjoy
outdoor dining and lounging next to the fireplace in our courtyard.
