Senior Living at the Greens was built with the discerning senior in mind. The numerous unique amenities, courtyard access suites, convenient layout and gorgeous interiors all deliver on a promise from the owners to provide a high-quality retirement community to St. Augustine area residents. The community was designed in the Ranch Style of architecture with a sprawling, one-story layout, making it accessible and easy to navigate for residents and staff. There is a focus on outdoor spaces with the design – the courtyards, patios, and decks are all easily accessible directly from the interior, encouraging a connection with the outdoors. Overall, the exterior promotes comfort, practicality and functionality. The interior design approach for this community was similar to that of the exterior but with a more contemporary emphasis. This community has true resort appeal with a whirlpool room, billiards room, two courtyards, pool, green space, yoga studio, massage room, lounge, salon and much more.
Common areas are given comfortable seating in bold color. Tasteful area rugs and matching pillows bring the space together. More beach art gives additional interest to the room.
The secondary foyer entrance features similar elements to the main foyer including a quartz top reception desk. Accent pillows splash color and pattern across the seating area. The wood flooring is set in a herringbone pattern to contrast with wood panel walls.
When you enter the main entrance of assisted living, you are greeted with a grand central corridor leading you to the main dining hall with entrances to two separate courtyards on either side. Circular LED lighting grabs your attention and is accompanied by numerous ceiling level windows letting in ample natural light. The walls feature a unique horizontal paneling. Artwork of local beaches brings a punch of color to the room.
The main dining hall is open full of natural light. Seating options abound with high back chairs, dining chairs, and plush bench seating. Plenty of plants bring nature into the space and a self-serve coffee bar provides and additional amenity to residents.
The private dining room features a modern chandelier that compliments the large wall clock. The table is simple and classic with the arm chairs pairing nicely. Wood ceiling beams unify the room with the herringbone wood flooring.
Each residence features a neutral base color with dark wood cabinetry and hardwood floors. Some suites have back doors leading into the courtyards. Additional features include a kitchenette with composite countertops and stainless appliances and fixtures, ceiling fans, and carpeted bedrooms.
The assisted living pool area is surrounded by palms and is offset from outdoor dining tables for entertainment. A handicap lift is also available.
