The renovation of Splendido’s main building, known as the Piazza, has not only elevated the aesthetic environment of the community, it has allowed our team to take services, programs, and efficiencies to a new level. The renovation included all six of their restaurant venues, the addition of a spectacular terrace off of their transformed main Living Room, a new spa and holistic wellness space, a large meeting room that is now equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as the renovation of five other amenity spaces, concierge area, hallways, smaller gathering spaces, and office suites. While the physical changes to the Piazza are striking, what really sets Splendido apart are the numerous updates that are now impacting the health and well-being of residents in a positive way. This project stands out as one that was conceived through a wellness lens. This comprehensive project has had a rejuvenating impact on all who live and work at Splendido. The spaces are uplifting, eye-catching, and conducive to quality services and programming.

No terrace existed previously outside the main Living Room space inside the community’s front door. There is now a beautiful terrace with ample seating and breathtaking mountain views.
The temperate California climate also encourages an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, inspiring our members to enjoy
outdoor dining and lounging next to the fireplace in our courtyard.
Cinema Delfino Before | After
The old Cinema Delfino did not have modern technology and seating styles. The new Cinema Delfino was reshaped with tiered seating, ample room to move through rows, and modern furniture and equipment.
Designed to offer each member an elevated and engaged life, including the Elegant Palmer Library and Lobby.

The Fitness Center is now brighter, with new carpeting and wall covering that feature updated artwork depicting southern Arizona landscapes.
