Sunrise of Vienna, a beautiful and uniquely styled building located in Virginia, seamlessly integrates into its community with Victorian-era inspired architecture. The corner location beckons passersby to explore its amenities, to come in and visit residents, or to enjoy a cup of coffee at the corner cafe. Vehicular access off Maple Street reveals a vibrant mural of local birds, matching the benches outside. Inside, the beautifully designed Grand Foyer is filled with light from the two-story windows of the logia overlooking Maple Avenue. The first floor is dedicated to resident common areas, including the 4-season porch, bistro, parlor, dining room and cafe, which also adds life to the adjacent streets. Beyond these doors, the town of Vienna beckons, providing accessible sidewalks, charming streetscapes, and a plethora of local restaurants and shops, enhancing residents’ engagement with the vibrant community.
In true Sunrise tradition, the grand stair creates a feeling of luxury that has been infused in all the common areas. This space also incorporates digital touch screen interactive signage.
Tango Pastry, a café open to residents, families and the public, brings the warmth of bakery delicacies from Argentina, delighting palates with fresh, unique flavors. In addition to bakery delights, the café serves delicious lunch and dinner options, including the beloved empanada culinary icon celebrated for its varied fillings and fantastic taste.
The activity of the Café is reinforced by the activity of the Game Room. Located overlooking the Grand Foyer directly opposite the café entrance to the Lobby.
Designed for all levels of exercise, the Fitness Room provides residents with areas for yoga, weight training, bar stretching, chair exercise and physical therapy.
The Parlor is a gateway to the Bistro. The Parlor piano can be heard throughout the common areas on the ground floor.

The Bistro island provides accessible table height seating and a bar height area for happy hour service and showcasing elaborate event food displays. The Bistro and Parlor share a see-thru fireplace. The main Dining Room is connected visually through period inspired windows to other dining venues. The Private Dining Room provides space for family gatherings.
