The newest independent living component of Wallick Communities’ Oakleaf Village of Toledo-Sylvania campus, The Crescent comprises of 92,110 square feet with 54 luxury units situated around an open-air courtyard. Upon arrival, guests fetch up to the parallel hybrid 4-story constructions connected by a pavilion and nestled on 1.5 acres that it shares with stand-alone communities Oakleaf Village, assisted living, and The Grove, memory care.

Designed by RLPS Architects, one of the nation’s top senior living designers, The Crescent combines modern floorplans with engaging amenities to meet the needs of today’s active seniors.

The community’s entry is highlighted by a well-landscaped drive and paved pathways that lead to The Crescent’s entrance. Pleasant and attractive, The Crescent’s main floor hosts an impressive dining area, bistro, concierge center, and common area that flow into a private terrace with a glass fire pit.

The dining room is a comfortable 1,445 square feet, featuring a bar, various seating options, and a coffee station.

Both buildings incorporate different activity areas to provide abundant on-site opportunities for socialization, learning, and physical wellness.
