The crestmoor at green hills
The Crestmoor at Green Hills (Crestmoor) is the crown jewel of Bridgewood Property Company (Bridgewood)’s portfolio. It builds upon the success of developing and operating luxury senior living communities since 1997, with lessons applied and evolved for each new property. The Crestmoor is a luxury mid-rise rental CCRC featuring 106 independent living, 41 assisted living, and 29 memory care apartment homes. The building is unique in its offering of dedicated penthouses and large floorplans ranging from one to three-bedroom apartment homes.
The building was designed to maximize wellness and prioritize health and longevity; with floor to ceiling windows with abundant natural light to expansive common areas replete with amenities spaces for socializing including multiple dining venues (formal restaurant and casual bistro), lecture hall, sky lounge bar with panoramic views of the Nashville skyline, dedicated therapy space, a cinema, outdoor terrace with putting green, a wellness spa and salon, an indoor pool, art studios, dog wash station, and gracious living rooms throughout. The building also features a green roof for water filtration and to provide additional landscaped space for the sky lounge. The building was also designed with safety at the forefront with a state of the art fresh air system available to any emergency response team, one of the first installed in the country. Bridgewood selected premier architects (BB+M) to design spaces for both functionality and beauty and their experience with other successful Bridgewood projects.
Bridgewood recognized that the Green Hills submarket lacked a contemporary option for today’s seniors who increasingly seek to remain close to the neighborhoods they know and love while prolonging their lives with wellness and social activity. The one-acre site necessitated the need for a twelve-story building with integrated subterranean parking; all amenities and residences are an elevator ride away promoting socialization and operational efficiencies. The community is surrounded by a variety of retailers, restaurants, places of worship and medical providers allowing both for proximity to existing social fabric (family and friends nearby) as well as unrivaled walkability.
The dining program is of equal importance with multiple dining venues and options. Residents desiring a sit-down restaurant experience may enjoy chef prepared meals in the main restaurant (Hillsboro Grille) or grab lighter fare in the ground level bistro, the Cumberland Café
The Crestmoor features dedicated office space with a therapy room for private physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Other mind and body amenities include fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and a yoga studio. Complimentary valet and scheduled transportation is provided to residents enabling access to medical appointments, social outings and the convenience of a lock and leave lifestyle.
