The Enclave Birmingham
The design of The Enclave draws inspiration from the elegance and charm of Parisian architecture, infusing the community with a sense of timeless sophistication. With graceful lines, ornate detailing, and a palette reminiscent of the classic Haussmann buildings, The Enclave invites residents to experience a lifestyle that feels both luxurious and inviting.
High ceilings and expansive windows create bright, airy spaces that display the natural beauty of downtown Birmingham, while expansive terraces serve as modern-day, useful spaces as opposed to the smaller wrought iron balconies found in many Haussmann-style apartment buildings.
The central communal area, a carriage-style entrance that connects to an interior courtyard, was designed to foster connection and engagement, serving as a retreat in the heart of bustling downtown Birmingham. This design element can also be found in many of Paris’ buildings located in and around the 7th arrondissement.
The Pierre de taille style stone, was designed to mimic the façade material found throughout the City of Light while complementing our neighboring community, All Seasons Birmingham, and other local European inspired architecture.
