Featuring two-story tall ceilings connecting the entryway as a hub to the balance of the community, the Mariner Lobby features unique design elements such as: a custom maritime wall installation, custom lighting reminiscent of the movement in sails, a front desk design with wood details in harmony with the hull of a ship, maritime signal flags, and a serene backsplash with tile mimicking waves.
Hannah’s Cove is the well-loved community reading space and home to 1 of 3 custom model ships. The replica model ship, “The Hannah” is 50′ x 42′ and is encased here with full custom millwork. The schooner was hired into the service of the American Continental Army by General George Washington, was the first armed American naval vessel of the American Revolution and is the founding vessel of the United States Navy. She was a fishing schooner owned by John Glover of Marblehead, Massachusetts and was named for his daughter, Hannah Glover.
