The Park at Laguna Springs opened in March of 2022. This luxurious retirement community is built with the resident in mind looking at every detail in design and how to best anticipate every want of our residents. From the reduced step count from the apartment suite to the Monticello restaurant through careful design to the layered interior design that tantalizes the senses throughout the entire complex, this magnificent community doesn’t disappoint.
The Santa Barbara Influenced Design, with touches of Modern Mediterranean architecture, will capture the hearts of the Elk Grove residents. The interior design reflects a timeless elegance that’s inviting and comfortable. You might notice touches of silver throughout that were a signature of founder Alice Koelsch. The design is elevated through well-placed historic elements, curated antiques and local vintage finds.
