The Village on Morehead is Charlotte’s premier high-rise senior living community. The building is designated as an independent living community with concierge care services offered to its residents via a trusted third-party home care provider, allowing residents to use as much or as little care as they need. It targets residents who want an active lifestyle and a rich array of programming with a goal of aging in place without having to move or be separated from a partner or spouse should care needs change. In response to the demographics and demands of the market, the entire building was designed with luxury in mind, with the top floor featuring penthouse suites with premium two- and three-bedroom apartments with views of the uptown skyline, historic Dilworth, or the amenity-filled courtyard. The community features 192 spacious, high-end units appointed with modern technologies while exuding traditional elegance with integrated privacy shades, quartz countertops, and premium fixtures. An array of layouts expands the basic one-, two-, and three-bedroom standard to residences with dens, powder rooms, laundry rooms, massive walk-in closets, and wet bars.
