The Villages of Imperial Pointe, an independent living active adult senior community, is the product of a local doctor and businessman in the Lake Charles area realizing the lack of options available to seniors looking for a resort style community to live in the city. The exterior design of the building incorporates modern interpretations of elements found in the American Townhouse style of architecture that was popular in the late 1800s in Louisiana. Rectangular shapes, evenly spaced windows and clear symmetry are all hallmarks of the style and found in architecture of this community. The Villages of Imperial Pointe’s interior design fosters an environment of refined living for its senior residents.
