INDEPENDENT LIVING NOMINEE

the woods – a greatlife community

The Woods is the first all-ranch senior community in the State of Wisconsin, emerging as a remarkable testament to innovation and inclusivity for seniors. The post-COVID design includes private front door and patio access for every residence. Abundant natural light and fresh air permeate the community amenity areas, where floor-to-ceiling patio doors seamlessly connect the community to the outdoors. The ranch design provides a more home-like living experience for each resident without having a neighbor living above or below you. This design not only enhances convenience, but also promotes safety and independence allowing residents privacy when desired, with the convenience of indoor access to an array of amenities footsteps from their own back door.
