Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences of Boca Raton (Sinai Residences) is a Life Plan community located on a 29-acre portion of the 100-acre Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach campus. The vibrant and active campus houses many organizations and programs including the Federation, schools, a fitness center, cultural programs, adult-day care, special needs programs, low-income housing, mental health services and Sinai Residences.
With several elegant, inviting spaces to make meaningful connections, Sinai Residences is designed with a sophisticated feeling of a resort-style home in mind. The community combines interior and exterior connections, giving a spectacular view of the pool deck through a large solarium space that maximizes natural light and a sense of wellness. A classic palette of stylish neutral colors and gold light fixtures, coupled with an assortment of wood tones and pops of teal across furniture and architecture, make Sinai Residences a truly unique and luxurious community.

The exhibition kitchen in the Epicurean allows the culinary team to showcase their expertise and provides the residents an exquisite dining experience.
The new resort pool area had to include all the original aspects of serving the needs related to exercise and PTOT along with considering the Dignity Driven Design principles of providing full access without calling extra attention to them.
