The rooftop bar features a nautical design that sets a preamble to the rooftop terrace and pool. The lighting and wooden ceiling transports residents to a cruise ship ambiance with the windows being the eye to city and water views.

Wooden features and special lighting adorn the TV room with a built-in book-shelf that features brass, ceramic, and natural tone artifacts.

Inspired from Coral Gables’ historic homes, colors used at the library create a Mediterranean Revival design using intricate moldings along the walls and ceilings. The classic homage to the Coral Gables aesthetic is coupled with modern, elegant finishes throughout to create a luxurious residential feel.

The blue artwork at the center of the workstation is the eye of the room. The royal blue intertwines all the natural colors in the built-in bookshelf making this piece a true state of the art.

The Vitality Fitness Center at The Watermark at Coral Gables is set within a dedicated entrance, transporting members to a serene environment where wellness is tantamount. It features a fully-equipped gym for personal training, physical therapy and strength classes. The separate Balance Studio offers space for tai chi, yoga and barre classes using the same color palettes, yet adding more of a darker color palette that creates a harmonious yet modern ambiance.

Featuring ornate Mediterranean tilework and calming natural tones throughout, Indulge Salon & Spa offers nail treatments, hair services, massages and facials. The hair salon section of the spa utilizes ornate mosaic tilework throughout and intricate moldings along the walls and ceilings while playing with the same color palette and adding a touch of pink accent colors to give the salon a more feminine touch.

White marble and cabinetry along with stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen. A touch of brass is present throughout different accents in the room. The open floorplan invites residents to a fresh dining area, where residents and their guests can be comfortable given its modern and inviting design.

Units feature living room spaces complete with modern furniture, luxurious lighting fixtures, and windows to draw in natural light. The bedroom features a modern interior design with lush indoor plants and orchids, art pieces that add pops of color to the space, and spacious closets. The bathroom continues the color palette throughout the residences, but using a touch of white tile and marble that is present in the interiors of the units.

There are five distinct dining venues at The Watermark at Coral Gables. This dining room boasts a natural palette of colors while always maintaining the same lighting, wooden built-in bookshelves and a distinct shade of blue. With a nautical theme throughout, the main bar uses arch and blue colors walls to form a balanced contrast with the Mediterranean tiles and modern accent lamps.

The elegant dining hall, The Mark, is a more formal option for residents looking to enjoy featuring steaks and chops, as well as decadent desserts. Brass, blue arched walls, and neutral tone facades adorn the dining room along with a tropical beige and blue carpet floor. Gallery Cafe is the perfect spot for morning coffee, pastries and socializing along with a casual yet Mediterranean design with ornate mosaic tilework throughout.
