The Westminster Canterbury Richmond (WCR) campus Promenade renovation & addition totaled 147,562 SF. It is the first portion of a multi-phased campus reconstruction. This reimagined entry into the historic tower building encompasses an open plan concept with views through the building into the central greenspace known to residents as the “Ellipse”. When fully completed, views to the Ellipse along with activity from the five newly designed dining venues will promote gathering, reinvigorate the commons, and provide a sense of community for the campus. Each of the dining venues offer residents a different menu, view of the Ellipse, aesthetic, and seating arrangement, allowing them the choices in overall dining experience.
