Instead of developing a large, dense building that would disrupt the landscape and neighboring views, the team introduced a mix of townhomes in the form of duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes. This approach allowed Westminster to significantly increase independent living capacity while maintaining the scale, charm, and Florida-style stucco aesthetic that defines the campus. The new homes offer a refreshed, updated look that remains harmonious and complementary to the existing campus aesthetic, striking a thoughtful balance between familiarity and modern appeal.
