The interiors draw inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape and provide a hospitality feel. The colors and textures of the region are highlighted throughout the project with decorative wood columns that define circulation and amenity spaces, and green hues that mimic the hills. To offset these materials brushed gold accents, oversized custom lighting and decorative tile elevate the aesthetic to provide an elegant home for the residents. Salvaged wood from the site were used to create custom furniture, and signage, further connecting residents to the surrounding Bishop Ranch environment. These pieces will contribute to a larger selection of custom art, furniture, and lighting, creating a unique living experience.

All common areas on the first floor connect to a spacious courtyard blending indoor and outdoor living spaces and activities. The Bistro, Josephine’s Dining, and Fitness areas feature a large window wall that opens to the courtyard welcoming the temperate East Bay climate inside. The Bistro features a full bar for the evenings – the first of its kind in any Belmont Village community – and a morning cafe. Additional dining options continue with a refined private dining room, defined by a custom wine wall, and an elegant main dining room with special lighting fixtures and a ceiling sculpture, creating unique dining experiences for residents.

Residents have a wealth of amenities and hospitality services at their fingertips – from an onsite salon and fitness center to a heated salt-water pool, putting green and indoor/outdoor dining options. Belmont Village San Ramon’s expansive interior common areas make up more than 35 percent of the building with direct connections to over 15,000 square feet of private outdoor amenity spaces.
