The 116,000 SF community offers 83 assisted living and 40 memory care apartments. The transitional industrial design of this community was inspired by South Portland’s waterfront landscape, robust industrial architecture, and fishing culture. The peaceful and uncomplicated design with touches of industrial & nautical are carried throughout all main areas. The color story becomes evident as you walk through the various sitting areas, dining spaces, wine room, and memory care. The custom carpet flooring selected for its organic patterns that resemble water movement is used throughout main areas such as the lobby, dining, & formal dining. The commissioned artwork from local Maine artists completes our vision by creating various focal points and giving nautical touches in several community areas. The meticulously designed resident apartments offer seven different assisted living apartment floor plans, featuring a full kitchen, living room, closets, and bathroom, with finishes such as wood plank flooring in kitchens, marble flooring in bathrooms, and granite countertops throughout.
