Renowned for its location as a retirement destination, Revel Palm Desert delivers a fresh perspective to the market by curating a living experience that champions choice, personal freedom, curiosity, and fun for residents seeking an active, independent-living environment. The new community is designed to allow residents to feel connected in the current moment, something that the target market of tech-savvy seniors truly appreciates.

The project makes innovative use of prefabricated component technology, resulting in greater construction efficiency and precision. This groundbreaking change in project design, engineering and delivery makes the community a pioneer and yielded distinctive modernist architecture, with large roof overhangs, recessed wall openings, and shading elements. The aesthetic focuses on rectilinear forms linked together by horizontal components, resulting in varied massing and roof lines. Cantilevers play a prominent role, both as shading and in reference to the area’s unique modernist heritage.

The opportunity to create a new luxury-living community unlike any in the area was a key driver for this project. As a result, the community features a bevy of unique, high-quality, and innovative resident amenities and services that set a new bar for independent senior living.

The innovative and nutritionally balanced culinary experience at Revel allows residents ultimate flexibility. They can choose when and where they want to eat, all as part of an inclusive monthly meal plan.

Revel Palm Desert is located on a main throughfare with ease of access to shopping, restaurants, and events. The community is an easy 15-minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, local coffee shop, hair salons and a nail salon. Rideshare transportation is included for residents and a passenger van offers multiple weekly trips to local events.
