Design was inspired by the many stunning beaches and mountains of Carlsbad, CA. This property is motivated by the outdoor experiences throughout the rolling hills. Color design inspired by the relaxing ocean views and neutral pallet of the mountains. A calming energy, surrounded by luxury!
Contrasting fabrics, finishes and materials allowing for our residents to be able to distinguish objects, furniture pieces and transitions of flooring. Each common area space has a specific feel and design, so the rooms don’t all blend together.
Beautiful outdoor spaces including dining, firepit with lounge seating, bocce courts, fountains, several seating areas overseeing the nature preserve and sweeping vineyards. The interior spaces include large restaurant, private bar and lounge, art room, fitness studio, and wine cave.
