The Palace at Weston
The Palace at Weston is The Palace Group’s tenth senior living community and offers independent, assisted living and memory care. The community meets a pent-up demand in the suburban master-planned city void of luxury senior living communities.
The community’s architectural design is influenced by the popular Mediterranean look found in South Florida. Architectural detailing reflects the grandeur of the iconic George V Hotel of Paris. Many design elements, including maximizing natural light, mirror those found in the developer’s portfolio, which have become their signature and resonate with residents and families.
The building’s entrance offers a majestic first impression due to its being raised on its site. A grand driveway approaches the palladium-columned two-story covered entry.
A European courtyard concept is used for the community’s three care levels. Each has its own private courtyard and separate entrance with valet and amenities. The same color scheme, décor and architectural design flow throughout the building, and assisted living and memory care mirror independent living.
Interior emphasis is placed on a grand sense of arrival as one sees a cupola and Trompe de oil ceiling, custom-colored inlaid marble flooring, multi-tiered crystal chandeliers, grand twin two-story staircases, French-style carved moldings, and Venetian plaster walls.
The dramatic opulence of the reception area was inspired by the famous Parisian Hotel George V.
A hospitality focus is found in the community’s dining room with restaurant-style service and a gourmet menu. The open sight lines encourage human interaction. The rich color palette, crystal chandeliers and comfortable seating welcome residents each evening.
The community’s footprint affords outdoor views of the tropical patio. Tropical gardens and comfortable seating encourage residents to enjoy outdoor spaces and the dramatic zero-entry heating swimming pool is enticing.
