The Wellington Bay senior living community is the first rental independent living community built in the Village of Wellington in Palm Beach, Florida. The first phase of Wellington Bay includes 159 Independent Living homes consisting of apartments, garden flats and villas. The 65,000-square-foot clubhouse is the centerpiece of the community. Lisbet Assisted Living offers spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments that allow residents to receive support; whether for a short-term recuperative period or longer term needed to maintain their independent lifestyle. Lisbet Health Center features 123 Assisted Living and Memory Care residences located in the Lisbet Health Center. For residents in need of support due to cognitive impairment, the on-site center provides specialized attention and security as well as reinforcing individuals’ strengths rather than their challenges.
The main lobby was designed with a subtle and elegant color palette, an array of furnishings and is anchored by modern chandeliers creating an entrance that is warm and inviting. Natural sunlight streams through the windows, illuminating the earthy tones of the furniture and finishes.
